What should I expect the drip to feel like?
Don’t worry if you are not a fan of needles! A tiny needle is used to provide an initial skin prick and then the needle is immediately retracted and discarded. The vitamins and hydration infuse in a tiny, plastic and flexible catheter. Most people do not feel anything. Sometimes, people might feel a little warmth in their arm near the infusion area.
How long does a drip take?
For most people, the vitamins and hydration will infuse within 30-40 minutes.
How soon will I feel the effects of the vitamins?
Many clients feel a difference within hours of the drip. Many clients report having better sleep after a drip and increase in energy. This is a very individualized process with a variety of outcomes depending on many circumstances including each individual’s overall health and how often they are receiving vitamin drips. Clients who receive drips on a more frequent and consistent basis report better sleep, sustained energy and improvement in skin.
How long do the vitamins stay in your system?
After the drip, the vitamins can stay in your system for up to 2 weeks.
How often can I get a drip?
For most people, 1 drip every 2-4 weeks is effective. Other clients enjoy the benefits of 1 drip per week. Other people report enjoying better results after receiving multiple drips; however, we usually do not recommend more than 1 drip per week.
Why should i get a drip?
Most know that taking vitamin supplements is beneficial to our health, however when you swallow a vitamin, the body’s normal digestive process can render a significant percentage of the nutrients useless for a number of reasons- poor absorption, age, leaky gut, dosage, additives, overall health. On the other hand when you choose a vitamin infusion, the nutrients enter your bloodstream directly and immediately allowing your body the maximum possibility for absorption and utilization of these nutrients. IV vitamin infusion therapy is not a new treatment. Dr. John Myers, a physician from Baltimore, MD, started the use of IV vitamins and minerals in the 1960s to treat his patients. This vitamin IV is commonly referred to as the “Myers’ cocktail”; the treatment remained popular among his patients and continues to this day. We offer our version of the Myers’ Cocktail in the Zynergy drip.
